Go to Blogger.com and follow the easy step-by-step instructions. Also there is a really cool website named bloglines.com that will allow you to subscribe (Free) to blogs and organize all of them together. Blogger.com will allow others to leave comments, you could go to Tumblr.com (no e), which is a real simple blog server that doesn't allow comments. Questions? Let me know...
