It's the top of the 3rd, 2 outs, runner on third, team at bat is down by 2. The pitch is up...a mighty swing is made....and BANG! A long fly ball over the scorer's table deep in center field...it's a homerun! Well...not by the Fredstrom, he was playing center field and could only watch as the game ends in a tie!
The Fredstrom went 2-2, one homer and one single, so the homerun streak is over. But the bigger story was the spectacle that was the game. There was intro music for each teacher (that went along with their nicknames), T-Shirts thrown out to the crowd, The Nashby getting the crowd fired up with her incredible DJ skills,
amazing play by both teams, and the Diamond had to be the best emcee of all time! She sung One Republic's "Apologize" with the crowd and it was amazing!
We all had so much fun and can't wait to make it bigger and better next year.

The Fredstrom is not sure, he just thought the picture was "pretty." It could be the Fredstrom, although the mighty Fredstrom did not strike out...hitting a ground ball not knocking in two more runs did cost the teachers the game...hope that answers your question.

The Fredstrom didn't hit any ninos this year...that ball went way over their heads.
On to the NBA Conference Finals...
The Fredstrom is conflicted...who does he hate worse: The Spurs or the Lakers? As far as the east goes... which team is uglier to watch? It's just bad all the way around. The Fredstrom would like to make a prediction based on talent, etc. but the NBA's agenda is the only way it seems to go. The Fredstrom thinks that NBA wants a Laker/Celtic matchup. The only way to validate those two teams is to have them dethrown the past champs. What do you think?
The Fredstrom did an amazing job organizing the softball game and rallying the troops to an almost win (the teachers would have won if it was not so darn hot outside). Watch out Melvin, the Fredstrom could give you a run for your money!
On the NBA finals......
I would like them to get rid of the basketball, and have a good old fashion knock-down, drag-out and whoever comes up victorious in each conference battles each other.
This would make me happy because I could see a few of those sh*$-heads get beat-up and I think this would lead to a Lakers-Celtic match-up which should please the Fredstrom.
Bling Blang! They have that sport, it's called Rugby or Ultimate Cage Fighting! Let's get one thing straight, the Fredstrom just doesn't want to see Detroit or San Anphonio in the Finals, that leaves those other two teams.

I'm sure it will be the Lakers and the Celtics.... it is the NBA operating under Stern....
