Just a couple of new things for the newly upgraded Fredstrom's Blog. There will now be polls for the readers to vote on. Also The Fredstrom has added a link to freerice.com.
If you are a subscriber you will not be able to view the youtube videos in your email. Also the comments will not be accessible either. And trust the Fredstrom when he says that the comments are coming alive. The Fredstrom wants to strongly encourage you to check out the actual blog so that you can view and interact with the rest of Planet Fredstrom.

While Sam Cassell does have much extra terrestrial experience, (the lead in E.T., Signs, Independence Day, and opposite Sigourney Weaver in Alien) the Fredstrom is not too worried about Sam I Am Not. He has spent time on Planet Orange, but running crop circles around the Suns is not going to happen. He has had some ailing injuries and just turned 48 years old. Motivation will only get you so far. Shaq is highly motivated and can't hit a lay up. Cassell can't take anyone off the dribble so that leaves him with his best move...growling at the refs, oh I mean his quintessential pump fake at the top of the key. That will equate to maybe 6 free throws. Juice man, don't you worry about Sam I Am not.
